- At the completion of the inspection I will take the time to review your printed Inspection Report (with color photos) and explain any safety issues, defects or maintenance recommendations I find. I will also email you a copy of your Inspection Report and if you wish email a copy to your Realtor.
- 38 years of construction experience – 28 of these years were spent as a superintendent where I completed in depth inspections daily. I’ve been involved in every facet of construction, structural, electrical, plumbing, and safety so I know what to look for to give you the information you need to make good decisions on the purchase of your home or commercial property.
- I am certified by the “International Association of Certified Home Inspectors”.
