Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and yes, different pricing. One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires a lot of work. Ultimately a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s own effort. Why should you hire me for your Home or Commercial Property Inspection? Buying a home is probably the most expensive purchase you will ever make.  This is no time to shop for a cheap inspection.  The cost of a home inspection is very small relative to the home being inspected.  The additional cost of hiring a Certified Professional inspector is almost insignificant.  As a home buyer, you have recently been crunching the numbers, negotiating offers, adding up closing costs, shopping for mortgages and trying to get the best deals.  Do not stop now.  I will provide you with a thorough in-depth detailed inspection which can save you money in the long run.

  • I have spent my life in the construction industry as a home builder or as a commercial superintendent, with that experience and expertise in construction,  I will provide you with the comfort and confidence of knowing you are about to purchase a safe and comfortable home for your family.
  • When you hire me for an inspection I will be the person conducting the inspection, I am sole proprietor and take pride in providing you with a thorough inspection.
  • At the completion of the inspection I will take the time to review your printed Inspection Report (with color photos) and explain any safety issues, defects or maintenance recommendations I find.  I will also email you a copy of your Inspection Report and if you wish email a copy to your Realtor.
  • 38 years of construction experience – 28 of these years were spent as a superintendent where I completed in depth inspections daily.   I’ve been involved in every facet of construction, structural, electrical, plumbing, and safety so I know what to look for to give you the information you need to make good decisions on the purchase of your home or commercial property.
  • I am certified by the “International Association of Certified Home Inspectors”.
  • I will conduct your inspection according to the InterNACHI Residential Standards of Practice
  • I have been a resident of Colorado Springs for 17 years – this is my home.
  • Inspections can be scheduled 7 days a week.
  • I welcome your attendance and questions during the inspection.
  • You'll get your inspection results faster – I'll produce your inspection report from my mobile office and provide your results quickly.
  • If remedial work is required I will re-inspect the work at no additional charge.
  • I provide  a Home Inspection Discount for Active Military
  • I am also Certified by the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2) to provide Mold and Radon Inspections.
