During the inspection please ask any questions you may have about the different components of the house and how to maintain them. At the completion of the inspection I will take the time to review your printed Inspection Report (with color photos) and explain any safety issues, defects or maintenance recommendations I find. I will also email you a copy of your Inspection Report and if you wish email a copy to your Realtor.
When you hire me for an inspection I will be the person conducting the inspection, I am a sole proprietor and take pride in providing you with a thorough inspection.
